WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Items can be returned when it is returned within 14 days of receipt and the garment has not been worn and / or washed (fitting is of course allowed).
Costs for returns are for your own account.
In case of a complaint, this is examined on a case-by-case basis to see how we can come up with a suitable solution.
What is your delivery policy?
If you order before 12:00, you will receive your item the next day. Items are shipped via Post NL. You will receive your track and trace number from us so that you can follow your package. Packages are delivered by Post NL from Monday to Saturday until 9.30 pm, usually the next working day.
CAN I RESERVE AN ARTICLE?
You cannot reserve an item, but you can pre-order it if applicable.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?
You can pay via Paypal, Ideal, credit card or Afterpay.
